<p style="font-size: 13pt; margin: 0pt 3pt; color: #000000; text-indent: 0pt; line-height: 160%; font-family: "바탕"; text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 13pt; color: #000000; line-height: 20.8pt; font-family: "바탕"; letter-spacing: 0pt; text-align: justify">  경남1위의 축산웅군인 합천군은 축산업이 비약적으로 발전을 했으나 이에 비해 사업의 특성상 악취, 가축분뇨 오염행위 등에는 취약한 면이 있었다. 또한 폐기물 등 배출업소들이 행정 감시망을 피해 오염원을 발생시키는 행위에 대해서 집중적으로 지도․단속하고 있으나 군 자체 단속반으로는 환경오염행위를 근절시키기에는 한계가 있어 환경감시단을 운영해오고 있다</span></p>
